Key elements such as a clear onboarding process, consistent communication, and even basic employee benefits like medical insurance were either poorly managed or entirely absent. A significant concern is the company’s leadership. The CEO is highly involved in day-to-day matters, but unfortunately, that involvement often manifests as erratic behavior and a lack of professionalism. Commitments made during the hiring process were not honored, and there seemed to be little regard for ethical business practices or employee welfare. Additionally, seeking feedback from current employees may not yield an accurate picture of the work environment, as there appears to be a culture of silence or fear about speaking openly. In summary, I recommend proceeding with caution and gathering information from former employees or neutral third-party sources before making any decisions.
