      Pros

      I love working at Lumen, my team is amazing. My manager is my friend and is always very transparent and my biggest advocate. The company has been undergoing some big changes that feel inspiring and exciting and have been clearly communicated. It’s a really great company to work for.

      Cons

      I’m not particularly inspired by the tech industry so it’s not a passion fueling job.

      Good benefits with remote work

      Cons

      Super unstable, coworkers getting laid off with no notice. Outsourcing jobs to India. The remaining employees expected to pick up the extra work.
