      Good worklife balance - Commercial Operations Lumen Employee Review

      Pros

      Worklife balance is there.. Culture is good no doubt.. But sometimes having a family kind of culture has its cons. You end up doing more things than ever. Annual leave is more than enough.. insurance is good

      Cons

      Bonus goes according to a certain % of your annual salary, lower the pay grade, lower the %.. honestly STI 5% can just be removed, its too low.. not even 1 month pay no matter you are high achiever or not management decides things very slow. almost every other meeting gets delayed, not efficient at all. too many events happen in company, more often than not nobody organise then you take on.. absolutely good for retirement.. if two peers stayed same tenure.. management team has trouble deciding which to promote.

      Easy to learn, manageable schedule, supportive management

      Cons

      Changes in systems with many malfunctions, confusing workflows, policies set with little guidance (like figure it out yourself)

      Pros

      Good pay, great benefits, great people to work with, boss is great, etc.

      Cons

      Company is undergoing transformation, so it's a bit chaotic. Have to work with old stuff and new stuff at the same time. Hopefully that will change as we transform further.
