      Pros

      Some orgs do have a more positive outlook but only because they have removed all of the old leadership.

      Cons

      The culture is a push pull of the new people who are excited by the idea of change and the long term employees who have contributed to Lumen’s toxic culture across multiple iterations of the company and unfortunately for Lumen, those employees are winning.

      Easy to learn, manageable schedule, supportive management

      Cons

      Changes in systems with many malfunctions, confusing workflows, policies set with little guidance (like figure it out yourself)

      Pros

      Good pay, great benefits, great people to work with, boss is great, etc.

      Cons

      Company is undergoing transformation, so it's a bit chaotic. Have to work with old stuff and new stuff at the same time. Hopefully that will change as we transform further.
