Cons

Company does not value employees. Salary is low compared to local institutions. Yearly salary increases are very low. Monetary bonuses are insulting. For example for Radiologic Technology Appreciation week, technologists only received a bag of candy and $20 gift certificate. While the company makes 819 million per year.
