      Pros

      Highly functional operation. Supply chain and Logistics Team run seamlessly. Management are appreciative of hard work and diligent effort from employees.

      Cons

      Not enough opportunity for growth. Although there seems to be a push from upper management for all staff to reach for goals, there just is not opportunity to grow due to the immediate supervisor(s) non-involvement in supporting goal fulfillment.

Over the past two years, we have implemented additional programs to help our employees find opportunities within the organization. This includes internal career fairs and Expanding Horizons, which features a work/study program. We also offer tuition assistance, certification bonuses and training and workshops including Microsoft Office, LEAD Academy, management classes, resume writing and interviewing tips. We also encourage you to talk to your supervisor on ways you can advance your career at AAMC.

      Pros

      Worked in the ER. Coworkers were phenomenal, most providers were wonderful to work with and very knowledgeable. There can be cliqueish work environment.

      Cons

      Management is not very helpful. Many incidents with MH pt where staff was involved and then asked what they could have done differently to prevent said situation instead of assisting to take action against it happening again. Staff turnover is crazy and pay is not great, considering they are constantly hiring new travel RNs, yet paying their staff bare minimum.
