Our employees’ growth and education is important to us, which is why we offer many events and resources for employees to advance their career. Some of the great opportunities employees can take advantage of are LEAD Academy, the annual internal career fair, and a variety of organizational development classes. We also encourage you to work with your supervisor to help you create and reach your career goals. AAMC does still offer an employee discount for all the gift shops. But we decided to remove the employee discount for the cafeteria in order to allow us to invest more in the future of the health system.
