Thank you for your feedback. Our employees are integral to our ability to provide the best care to our community and we strive to provide competitive compensation and benefits. We benchmark our compensation within the healthcare industry on a biannual basis and make adjustments accordingly to assure we remain competitive. In many departments we have clinical/career ladders to provide opportunities to learn and grow while increasing compensation as well. Recognition of employees, by leaders, patients, families and coworkers is encouraged through several recognition programs which include our H.O.T. cards, the DAISY Award for nursing and the Champion honors for AAMC employees who go above and beyond to provide exemplary service. We also celebrate our tenured employees with a service award celebration every year.
