Pros
Growth potential and great support. Contract pay is excellent.
Cons
They pay contracted agency employees more than base they offer dedicated employees. Pay is insufficient for regular full time employees. Although growth potential is a positive aspect, it essentially boils down to who you know. HR lacks knowledge regarding pay scale and the guidelines for pay with certain positions and will deny you the correct pay scale for your position. Additionally, they refuse to offer you any compensation for their error and no consideration for correcting their error with regards to bringing you up to pay scale.
