Professional and dedicated HR makes a big difference for a company this size. From responding to application process , the interview process and ultimately if you're a fit - getting hired - a thoughtful experience. The respect for my time set the tone for the rest of my experience here. In my department team members are treated respectfully, included in problem solving and encouraged to learn. In return we have a diverse team of skills and dedicated people that are smart, fun to work with and getting things done. There is plenty of work to do, growth and changes in the way the world does business makes it interesting for me. I'm new to this industry and the company has found was to utilize my skill sets rather than ask for industry expertise from day one. A good place to work if you are are comfortable with a bit of digging to learn new things and comfortable with the way things are done in an e-commerce society.
Cons
Honestly don't feel like I have much to say about Con's here. Everybody has a different sense of what bothers them or not. In my experience - it's about how management tries address the imperfections of running and growing a business while making a profit. In my sense that is addressed vary fairly.
