      Pros

      I have found that the atmosphere at Lumos is truly family oriented. Because so many of the staff have been with the company for a long time, they've worked together and grown up together, too. The dress code is awesome! Nice jeans unless you are meeting with a customer/client! The ability to work from home is priceless!

      I don't have anything that I would find a Con!

      Supportive peers and lower level management

      Cons

      The insurance is outrageous. The pay is not competitive or transparent, there appears to be no real pay scale, or top pay for technicians. The annual merit review process is a waste of everyone’s time because merit based raises are based on pre-determined budgets and “no one can exceed expectations”.
