Ability to telecommute CEO is trustworthy, honest and great businessman Growing quickly--bought two companies this past year and looking to acquire more! Nice bonus on annual basis (profit-based)
Cons
Some feel only Data side of the company (leaving residential and admin-corp) are left out for consideration of growth, recognition, promotions...since data sales are the execs focus. Benefits package could always be padded more, like vacation days, less monthly premium, more opportunity for training. Company is caught in used to be small--starting to become much bigger size company attitude and care of employees Too much focus on profit/bottom line at times...more balance is needed. Compensation is low compared to other cities--they take advantage of the small city people are "stuck in" to work unless willing to commute for more pay; yet, they want the same caliber and commitment.
