      Good employees to work with for the most part; people who would give you the shirt off your back. Management is another story

      Too many chiefs not enough Indians; top heavy with redundant manager positions from the original lumos side.

      Supportive peers and lower level management

      Cons

      The insurance is outrageous. The pay is not competitive or transparent, there appears to be no real pay scale, or top pay for technicians. The annual merit review process is a waste of everyone’s time because merit based raises are based on pre-determined budgets and “no one can exceed expectations”.
