Pros

My colleagues are great; although of course we are competitive with one another, we also work very well as team and provide support to one another - time, assistance, knowledge sharing. There is respect in the company for what everyone contributes, and an effort to introduce to all employees the various aspects of the company. Importantly, there is also an effort to promote internally, even when this creates a lot more work for managers than if someone external was hired. The Renton level is very high at the company; many people have been ther for 10 years or longer! I look forward to working there for a long time.

Cons

Really, the only down side to this company for me, is that the head office is not in Toronto, but that is only because I am here.

Pros

LundBeck always puts patients first. The culture is one that truly honors each employee for their contributions. I have been with LundBeck for 11 years and have always had opportunity for growth and promotion. It’s a great place to work and everyday I feel proud to represent a product that is changing patients lives for the better.

Cons

The industry has changed a great deal in psychiatry and we’ve seen many providers move to virtual or working from home. This has made the access in psychiatry difficult. This however is not a con for working at LundBeck.
