      feels like a big family. some people have been there a long time, which can be a good thing - sometimes. not US influenced, whigh means the company's culture is very relaxed.

      Cons

      no recognition of the need to advance employee careers. commercial managers are too conservative but hold too much influence over company direction

      Pros

      LundBeck always puts patients first. The culture is one that truly honors each employee for their contributions. I have been with LundBeck for 11 years and have always had opportunity for growth and promotion. It’s a great place to work and everyday I feel proud to represent a product that is changing patients lives for the better.

      Cons

      The industry has changed a great deal in psychiatry and we’ve seen many providers move to virtual or working from home. This has made the access in psychiatry difficult. This however is not a con for working at LundBeck.
