      - modern offices - nice HR - pretty good benefit system

      Cons

      - the company is becoming another great corporation where employees are not as important as they were before, you are just becoming one of other rats, you don't matter - very "artificial" atmosphere in relations between people

      Pros

      LundBeck always puts patients first. The culture is one that truly honors each employee for their contributions. I have been with LundBeck for 11 years and have always had opportunity for growth and promotion. It’s a great place to work and everyday I feel proud to represent a product that is changing patients lives for the better.

      Cons

      The industry has changed a great deal in psychiatry and we’ve seen many providers move to virtual or working from home. This has made the access in psychiatry difficult. This however is not a con for working at LundBeck.
