      Pros

      The company has a great culture and great work environment. It is ttuly patient centric, great co-workers, opportunity to wear lots of hats, people are passionate.

      Cons

      Because the organization is still relatively small in the US, there is less mobility - though there's more of a chance to try new things and gain some terrific experiences.

      Pros

      LundBeck always puts patients first. The culture is one that truly honors each employee for their contributions. I have been with LundBeck for 11 years and have always had opportunity for growth and promotion. It’s a great place to work and everyday I feel proud to represent a product that is changing patients lives for the better.

      Cons

      The industry has changed a great deal in psychiatry and we’ve seen many providers move to virtual or working from home. This has made the access in psychiatry difficult. This however is not a con for working at LundBeck.
