      Good work environment with counterparts and alliance partners. Good pipeline and R&D opportunities. Good Benefits. Good management team for the most part. Good work-life balance - “work hard ... play hard” Good bonus structure.

      Cons

      Lack opportunities to promote. Middle of the road starting salary. Sometimes there are difficulties to work through with so many alliance partners with different companies and goals.

      Pros

      LundBeck always puts patients first. The culture is one that truly honors each employee for their contributions. I have been with LundBeck for 11 years and have always had opportunity for growth and promotion. It’s a great place to work and everyday I feel proud to represent a product that is changing patients lives for the better.

      Cons

      The industry has changed a great deal in psychiatry and we’ve seen many providers move to virtual or working from home. This has made the access in psychiatry difficult. This however is not a con for working at LundBeck.
