Pros
Great salary, benefits, work environment, etc. I have never worked in a company with such great activities and perks!
Cons
Very political and social environment. It's not as much a con as a fit issue... Who you kiss up to is at least as important as the work you do. If you're in the good graces of the right people, there is no limit to what you can do but the quiet people who do a good job and don't flash it around do not get noticed. If your an outgoing AND competent person, you will thrive there!
