Business Outlook
Pros
Good focus on patients well being and a growing company with products in the pipeline. Decent pay, good benefits and bonus, though it has changed in the last few years, everybody knows everybody's business. Started as a good small company culture of flexibility and entrepreneurship, but not anymore.
Cons
Cannot rely on internal support for career advancement. Sometimes hard to trust your own manager as they are all out for their own goals and objectives, though they seem nice from outside they could be stabbing your back and senior leaders knowingly allow this to happen. Now that they are growing with the newly copromoted products, it's a challenging place to work. ,
