Good company to work, overall, due to its fringe benefits, health insurance and salary levels, depending on which point you are in the hierarchy and the area you are allocated at.
Cons
In the pat years the politics and personal agendas are unusually having more focus than the business itself in the decision making. Also, lack of transparency from top management regarding the reasons behind the decisions and what is being done for the future due to the pipeline issues. Extreme tolerance with behavioral limitations in some management level, compromising satisfaction and performance.
