The culture is genuine and caring. Colleagues are knowledgeable, enthusiastic, professional, passionate and accountable. Leadership values personal growth, retention and managers assure professional/business related success. This is the place to work within CNS.
Cons
The company offers a lot of visibility, which I see as positive. It provides the opportunity to hear different stakeholder perspectives and to (as a team) make a true strategic impact. This visibility might perhaps be seen as challenging for someone used to working in multilayered (more siloed?) larger organizations.
