      Cons

      Favoritism and office politics dictate promotions rather than performance or merit. Micromanagement is the norm, and leadership relies on fear rather than collaboration to drive results. The office is not diverse, and the company published media can be deceiving.

      Pros

      LundBeck always puts patients first. The culture is one that truly honors each employee for their contributions. I have been with LundBeck for 11 years and have always had opportunity for growth and promotion. It’s a great place to work and everyday I feel proud to represent a product that is changing patients lives for the better.

      Cons

      The industry has changed a great deal in psychiatry and we’ve seen many providers move to virtual or working from home. This has made the access in psychiatry difficult. This however is not a con for working at LundBeck.
