Toxic work culture especially in the marketing communications department in the head office - Digital Marketing Manager Lupin Employee Review

Very toxic work culture, too much politics in the organisation, they treat you like slaves. I had a lady in the marketing communications team who used to treat us like slaves and made me work round the clock and on all weekends. The CFO who is an Indian talks with so much arrogance and attitude and ironically he also heads the marketing communications department. In every review he will give a feedback that I'm not understanding and will give poor remarks. The appraisal is about 3 percent after working on all weekends and also for helping other departments. The organisation is full of dirty politics and toxicity. Don't join this organisation and waste your time. Also one of the senior person in taxation team is involved in 'sex racket' and this got flagged off on Twitter. But the management is keeping quiet.
