Pros

- The freebies were amazing - Majority of staff were absolutely incredible and so supportive.

Cons

TONS! - We are LITERALLY forced to invasively approach customers, and are watched like a hawk at what we say to them. This made me feel as though they were unhappy with the service I was providing to customers when I used to break my back to want to deliver amazing service. - Management had favourites, which made me feel isolated and downgraded, as it was coincidentally them that got the promotions. - I felt so uncomfortable having to stand outside the shop showcasing products in a stupid as fudge water jug, and passing customers used to make crude - comments. I explained this several times to management who were forcing me to do it, and was told 'well we are paying you enough so do it'. - My manager was unsupportive and only spoke when we did something considered wrong. - ITS TOO PUSHY. - FAKE SMILES Just dont be fooled by the smiles and lovely products, the staff are literally forced to perform this. - MYSTERY SHOPPERS- used to come in acting like normal shoppers but were there to inspect our performance, and when we got a low rating, a lame as fudge late night meeting was held to reprimand us.

Pros

Excellent inclusive company culture, employee discount, learning about natural ingredients for skincare, genuinely great and engaged team members, flexible work schedule for part time or casual positions.

Cons

High amount of work, unreasonable "evidence driven" feedback and coaching models, and unrealistic performance metrics for comically low pay, especially for floor coordinators. No additional pay given for specialty roles, which is many enhanced responsibilities over a specific area of the business, and little opportunity for career growth beyond the sales floor unless you are hired from an external management position. Floor Coordinator seems to be the highest rung most people can hit before being driven elsewhere.
