      Pros

      -Free/discounted product -Several company resources for employees -Campaigns that are centered around conservation and social justice -Overall positive work environment -Decent work/open hours -Lots of learning and development -Decent benefits should you choose to take them

      Cons

      -Corporate office/upper-level management only gets involved when the shop has "problems" -"Customer is always right" mentality -It's a sales job, so it can feel a bit pushy -After a while, the "do it with heart always" mentality seems a little calculated/distant

      Unhygienic, stressful, money hungry, fear monger. Unprofessional managers both as an employee and customer. Never experienced such low life conditions, manager brought in animal multiple times in store, and made staff clean its pee. Customers were floored, inexcusable and HR is unresponsive. The bathroom is disgusting, and inaccessible. I cannot imagine any one with a physical disability being able to use the restroom. It was so difficult to suck in your stomach, then trip on box after box. They BLOCK the fridge and made us put our food in our tiny lockers. Manager is too comfortable with the amount of time spent within the company to ever fear facing any consequences or repercussions. Even fired staff in the past for contacting HR for help.
