      Pros

      Discount, that’s about it Pre pandemic it was connecting with customers and getting to explore products but the pandemic ruined that Every once in awhile you’ll get a staff box but it will either be A. Filled with product you already buy because they’re best sellers or 2. UK exclusives you have to fight over since everyone wants them

      Cons

      Bad management, corporate doesn’t bother to help stores that need it, no accountability for senior staff who take advantage of well-being time, no work/life balance

      Unhygienic, stressful, money hungry, fear monger. Unprofessional managers both as an employee and customer. Never experienced such low life conditions, manager brought in animal multiple times in store, and made staff clean its pee. Customers were floored, inexcusable and HR is unresponsive. The bathroom is disgusting, and inaccessible. I cannot imagine any one with a physical disability being able to use the restroom. It was so difficult to suck in your stomach, then trip on box after box. They BLOCK the fridge and made us put our food in our tiny lockers. Manager is too comfortable with the amount of time spent within the company to ever fear facing any consequences or repercussions. Even fired staff in the past for contacting HR for help.
