Cons
-Pay is decent for key holder but not regular sales employees -managers are overworked -it really depends on the store but my experience was that it was very cliquey and there's a lot of pressure to sell since you get bonuses for reaching your goals (both a con and pro) -demanding schedule for meetings, like coming into work on your day off at 10pm -You're expected to adopt Lush as part of your identity in a strangely cult-y way
