The shop I worked at was very cliquey. After a few years of working in the clique culture that is Lush it wore my mental health down to an all low. The HR department is abysmal. That’s if you can call them an HR department. I had a couple of complaints about people using derogatory words around/towards me and they labelled it as a “misunderstanding”. Cultural appropriation Overbearing trainers who think they are hot stuff even though people like myself are fully qualified in beauty therapy and know more about the ingredients than they do. They shove Health Assured down your face even when you tell them you are receiving outside help for your declining mental health.
