Pros

50% discount and you'll smell good lol.

Cons

awful management, very b*tchy and gossiping (i'm a former supervisor so i heard it ALL) weird hours with your shift pattern changing every week, training is after hours ? they want you fully harass customers to get them to buy things, even if they say they are just looking, you still have to talk to them. the amount of customers ive had walk out because i had to keep making small talk with them... if you dont do this, you will be given bad feedback or be put on a PAP (performance action plan) and risk losing your job. expected to always have high energy and be happy, even if you express that youre not having the best time. they do not care about your mental health, no matter how many times you mention it. the training they give you is so half-assed and not well enough for you to remember it, its given verbally with no reference to look back on if you forget it in the future, then they punish you for not remembering it all.

Pros

Excellent inclusive company culture, employee discount, learning about natural ingredients for skincare, genuinely great and engaged team members, flexible work schedule for part time or casual positions.

Cons

High amount of work, unreasonable "evidence driven" feedback and coaching models, and unrealistic performance metrics for comically low pay, especially for floor coordinators. No additional pay given for specialty roles, which is many enhanced responsibilities over a specific area of the business, and little opportunity for career growth beyond the sales floor unless you are hired from an external management position. Floor Coordinator seems to be the highest rung most people can hit before being driven elsewhere.
