This is by far one of the worst place to work. Management take really good care of themselves with quarterly bonuses while employees continue to work hard with no raise. Furthermore, you can forget about career opportunities or advancement. They would rather bring someone from outside in to fill in a position at a lower pay instead of promoting you to that position and give you a raise despite being well qualified for that position.
