Incompetent Upper Management, Ill-Used Resources - Family Support Worker Lutheran Services Florida Employee Review

- incompetent, stagnant, vindictive upper management with no perspective on the people they manage, detached white-collar administrators -managers who target individuals with disabilities (even after employment), the company allows it/does not put resources into addressing this (understaffed HR, politics among managers) -underpaid for high-stakes work -poorly used resources put towards the wrong things, there is plenty of money they just don't know how to spend it (except upper management's 6-figure salaries for less work than the front-line/case workers)
