Everyone trying their best in a bureaucratic wasteland. I did like the people I worked with.

Cons

Training is so long and they teach you nothing about how the job really plays out on the computer, the massive paperwork trail and how the courts work. Run, run, run and put a million miles on your vehicle running here and there. Major overtime hours just to get things done and still never done.
