Supportive supervisor (depending on who you work under), great networking opportunities as you work with so many different service providers, 2-3 employee events per year which includes food/fun/games/prizes, opportunities to win incentives based on work performance, flexible schedule.

Cons

Extremely high stress (you can quickly be overworked), the pay is sometimes not worth the amount of work you are doing, benefits are expensive (if you need good insurance and not just the base option).
