      competitive salary, good benefits, good travel allowance... This is a private company that offers employees nice profit sharing package and other benefits.

      sometimes it seems that everyone is trying hard to get what the boss wants, has to be someone's guy in order to have advancement in the company. But you have to align to the right guy...

      Pros

      Excellent people and good managers. People have positive attitudes and are generally happy to share knowledge. Lots of vacation time and good 401k compared to competitors.

      Cons

      The company appears to offload more and more engineering design work to contractors and outside companies. They also have a kind of "startup culture" and want to be like a tech company but without tech company pay.
