      Benefits are decent. Most people are nice to work with.

      Cons

      Management isn't that great and isn't willing to change old ideas and ways of doing things. Felt that the engineers were more valued than other staff. Pay wasn't great.

      Pros

      Excellent people and good managers. People have positive attitudes and are generally happy to share knowledge. Lots of vacation time and good 401k compared to competitors.

      Cons

      The company appears to offload more and more engineering design work to contractors and outside companies. They also have a kind of "startup culture" and want to be like a tech company but without tech company pay.
