      Lutron is a large company that still has a family feel to it. Management is dedicated to your growth and develop with an emphasis on taking care of the customer. Opportunities are unlimited. They provide superior products and amazing customer service. A great place to work.

      Pros

      Excellent people and good managers. People have positive attitudes and are generally happy to share knowledge. Lots of vacation time and good 401k compared to competitors.

      Cons

      The company appears to offload more and more engineering design work to contractors and outside companies. They also have a kind of "startup culture" and want to be like a tech company but without tech company pay.
