      Job is very secure; company cares about taking care of its employees.

      Cons

      Very slow to change; lots of rework caused by scope changes...most often caused by the inefficiencies of completing projects in a timely manner.

      Pros

      Excellent people and good managers. People have positive attitudes and are generally happy to share knowledge. Lots of vacation time and good 401k compared to competitors.

      Cons

      The company appears to offload more and more engineering design work to contractors and outside companies. They also have a kind of "startup culture" and want to be like a tech company but without tech company pay.
