      Pros

      A lot of opportunities to grow and study, nice salary, a lot of usefull benefits. But as everywhere apportunities depend on you, what do you want and whow much energy will you put into achivement of your goals. Fair company, in 99 % or cases company hold their promisies, if they haven't done something it mean's that it is a process issue, if to point on the problem it will be solved.

      Cons

      Due to size and constant growing processes are not perfect and sometimes it is really hard reach somebody and find necessary answer, but company constantly trying to improve itself.

      Pros

      - Nice and respectful culture - The company trusts its employees, no need for a lot bureaucracy when taking days off or sick leave - If you are good, they are going to do anything in their power to keep you

      Cons

      - Parent DXC company is very strict and outdated, Luxoft systems are very good, but sometimes we need to use DXC systems that are mostly sharepoint and awfully designed Service Now. - After DXC took control, everything is Windows, you are lucky if you get a Mac system, and they hate Linux. You need to sell your soul and get many management and client approvals and exceptions in IT to be able to use Linux. - If is a huge company that serves many clients, so obviously, you are going to have totally different experiences depending on the client you work for
