      Pros

      - Relocation process works pretty well; - Pay checks are always paid on time; - Can negotiate really good money at the very beginning

      Cons

      - Recruiters intentionally hide and even lie about the conditions (especially about $$$ related topics); - Unprofessional line management; - Salary reconsideration does not happen in 99% of the cases because of a million reasons (see the point above); - In case of out stuffed employees the company doesn't care; - Employees (especially our stuffed ones) are treated with a disrespect; - Management lies way too often; - HR Business Partnets (a.k.a HR People Partners) are useless and always on the managers' side.

      Pros

      - Nice and respectful culture - The company trusts its employees, no need for a lot bureaucracy when taking days off or sick leave - If you are good, they are going to do anything in their power to keep you

      Cons

      - Parent DXC company is very strict and outdated, Luxoft systems are very good, but sometimes we need to use DXC systems that are mostly sharepoint and awfully designed Service Now. - After DXC took control, everything is Windows, you are lucky if you get a Mac system, and they hate Linux. You need to sell your soul and get many management and client approvals and exceptions in IT to be able to use Linux. - If is a huge company that serves many clients, so obviously, you are going to have totally different experiences depending on the client you work for
