      Pros

      Good office, benefits, comfortable environment. Typically quite relaxed job (depends on project though), good work/life balance. Good place to start career.

      Cons

      Cons come from nature of the company - it's outsourcing company where technical stuff(and regular project managers) are just resources, the company is not really interested in anything than simple head selling. As such there is very limited room for promotions mostly connected to management/sells. Content of the job(interesting technical challenges etc) entirely depends on client/project(so mostly so-so). Even recent acquisitions of product companies doesn't really change things - it's about management mind set.

      Pros

      - Nice and respectful culture - The company trusts its employees, no need for a lot bureaucracy when taking days off or sick leave - If you are good, they are going to do anything in their power to keep you

      Cons

      - Parent DXC company is very strict and outdated, Luxoft systems are very good, but sometimes we need to use DXC systems that are mostly sharepoint and awfully designed Service Now. - After DXC took control, everything is Windows, you are lucky if you get a Mac system, and they hate Linux. You need to sell your soul and get many management and client approvals and exceptions in IT to be able to use Linux. - If is a huge company that serves many clients, so obviously, you are going to have totally different experiences depending on the client you work for
