      Pros

      * People you end up working with are usually open and eager to help; * Entry level/student haven; * Interesting and diverse projects to work on;

      Cons

      * Bad management. Often times they are loosely aware of what is going on with the teams they are responsible of and take no real measures to assure that people are not being used properly; * Lack of proper training for new employees; * Prone to hire Entry/Junior level people when replacing Medium or Senior level employees that leave; * Depending on the project they provide considerable, yet below average monetary compensation.

      Pros

      - Nice and respectful culture - The company trusts its employees, no need for a lot bureaucracy when taking days off or sick leave - If you are good, they are going to do anything in their power to keep you

      Cons

      - Parent DXC company is very strict and outdated, Luxoft systems are very good, but sometimes we need to use DXC systems that are mostly sharepoint and awfully designed Service Now. - After DXC took control, everything is Windows, you are lucky if you get a Mac system, and they hate Linux. You need to sell your soul and get many management and client approvals and exceptions in IT to be able to use Linux. - If is a huge company that serves many clients, so obviously, you are going to have totally different experiences depending on the client you work for
