      Pros

      - friendly work environment - most of the persons are nice and talkative - the management is open to talks - large variety of projects and technologies - flexible schedule - some projects accept wfh - hr organize all kind of extra activities

      Cons

      - chaotic annual evaluation - most of the time you have to specifically ask for a raise to get one - sometimes you have to know what is required of you: no expectations presented in the beginning, no clear presentation of your tasks, no clear feedback on your work

      Pros

      - Nice and respectful culture - The company trusts its employees, no need for a lot bureaucracy when taking days off or sick leave - If you are good, they are going to do anything in their power to keep you

      Cons

      - Parent DXC company is very strict and outdated, Luxoft systems are very good, but sometimes we need to use DXC systems that are mostly sharepoint and awfully designed Service Now. - After DXC took control, everything is Windows, you are lucky if you get a Mac system, and they hate Linux. You need to sell your soul and get many management and client approvals and exceptions in IT to be able to use Linux. - If is a huge company that serves many clients, so obviously, you are going to have totally different experiences depending on the client you work for
