      Pros

      The people are the best thing about the company. I don't think I saw one person not smiling during the interview process. Everyone acknowledged that they have never had a job like this and loved it. I agree.

      Cons

      There are no cons. This place is great. I see no reason why anyone could not flourish in this environment while having fun at the same time.

      Freedom to start whenever you like and it’s drive as long as you can

      Cons

      Gas prices are just killing profit and you have to work a lot of hours to make a decent pay
