      Pros

      i get to share my previous experiences with new drivers. Any time I can pour into people what this great company has taught me it's a plus!

      Cons

      We do our mentoring sessions in the stocking area of a Pep Boys. But we get the job done and most drivers seem pretty happy with the whole process.

      Freedom to start whenever you like and it’s drive as long as you can

      Gas prices are just killing profit and you have to work a lot of hours to make a decent pay
