      Pros

      Amazing job at hiring and building a team. Having gone from such a small team to over 300+ people now. Coworkers are amazing.

      Cons

      Sometimes scheduling can be a bit tricky, but this is a very small issue and really the only thought that comes to mind. Lyft is a great company to work for.

      Freedom to start whenever you like and it’s drive as long as you can

      Gas prices are just killing profit and you have to work a lot of hours to make a decent pay
