      Lack of direction around goals for marketing, stemming from unclear expectations from senior leadership. As senior leaders have been brought in from outside, politics and in-fighting continue to grow.

      You can easily make $20 an hour working when you want.

      Cons

      Sometimes there are unexpected slow times you count on and don't make your goal. Also have to get used to GPS and be proactive with directions
