      Great benefits , unlimited PTO if you can take it

      Cons

      Middle management (team leaders) get ignored. Looked down on for complaints that department was the Only one on phones, Then sister department got praised for adding phones. Agents are babied and it’s hard to manage performance due to lacking standards and goals.

      Pros

      You can make over $100 per day most of the time and you meet some nice people for the most part.

      Cons

      They stop paying you what you earn out of nowhere, then play dumb about it. All reps are Indian and very dismissive. The in app gps glitches constantly and sends you everywhere via the interstate, which forces you to spend more on gas. Riders make things up to get a free ride, which leads to the driver getting deactivated.
