      Pros

      Great culture and people - kind and positive, and generally diverse. Genuine care for drivers and their experience. Good work-life balance.

      Cons

      Lots of internal politics and reorgs. Pay at the time was not very competitive. Sometimes too reactive to the competition.

      Pros

      You can make over $100 per day most of the time and you meet some nice people for the most part.

      Cons

      They stop paying you what you earn out of nowhere, then play dumb about it. All reps are Indian and very dismissive. The in app gps glitches constantly and sends you everywhere via the interstate, which forces you to spend more on gas. Riders make things up to get a free ride, which leads to the driver getting deactivated.
