      Working for Lyft I feel lots of freedom and support. Personal development is encouraged and higher up are proactive in helping others in their upward journey.

      Cons

      Working in this position is nice and comfy, as an empath I would like to see drivers treated with the same respect as office menbers.

      You can easily make $20 an hour working when you want.

      Cons

      Sometimes there are unexpected slow times you count on and don't make your goal. Also have to get used to GPS and be proactive with directions
